Pros

great team environment, great pay, awesome benefits, good management, low stress

Cons

union protects employees jobs that should not be there. pay same for everyone as it is a union job and salary not affected by performance

Pros

I guess the only advantage is 13 salary.

Cons

No career opportunities - totally zero. Corruption - all managers are somehow connected to each other: brothers and sisters, husband and wife, lovers. Lack of knowledge - HR is hiring employees without any experience or very bad English pronunciation. Managers are dumb, some of them don't even know what means TEU. Discrimination. Co-workers are selfish people and not smart.
