where do I even begin? management sucks--they utilize scare tactic a lot, no training, no encouragement, back stabbing, no growth, nepotism and favoritism, unprofessional, a sinking ship.

Good environment and professional attitudes. Great contact with multiple trucking companies and ports. Holidays were special and fun. Not a lot of overtime.

Cons

High stress and heavy workloads. Issues with the computer system and phone. Some inner conflict between coworkers. Too many layoffs throughout the company.
