Service center is casual. Work is not extremely difficult. Dozens of wonderful people as coworkers.

Cons

Call center climate not conducive to creativity; micro-management approach flows from the top down.

There are many opportunities to exercise your creativity. The people are great and if you want to move around in the organization, or physically move there are plenty of opportunities.

Cons

Yes, you have to network within the organization. The culture calls for that and if you earnestly do you can turn this con into a pro.
