      Pros

      Coworkers were helpful and friendly. The work atmosphere was pretty good over all. Inter-company transfer opportunities possible.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic management style means resources are not utilized efficiently. Can't really say No to the management and that's the company's culture.

      Cons

      APL favors outside hires compared to internal as outside hires make significantly more money ($10,000+) for doing the exact same job Respond to emails all day People leave the company all the time or get promoted and you have to cover their work for the same amount of pay (overtime is available)

      Excellent benefits, work from home opportunities. You can advance quickly in the company if you have the will and the drive.

      Cons

      Account managers were terrible. Sometimes, those that you are to help manage don't want your help and can be very rude about it.
