Thank god I left this sink of iniquity!

Cons

Training is ZERO, no support when needed! Most of co-workers are selfish snobs, gossip all the time. Managers have no idea how to manage and what is happening in department. Expectations are much higher than salary. Do not apply to work there!

Hard to say... Losses when competitors make profits.. Org structure is in limbo and Managment is lackluster

Cons

See above. Cut throat competition. APL came late in key decisions on bigger ships and shifting focus to trades that do make money.
