Many colleagues have been in the industry for a long time, and are genuinely concerned about its developments. People in senior positions are ready to share their knowledge and experience and offer assistance when needed.

Cons

Their remains an air of uncertainty as the industry has been doing poorly, and the company just sold its logistics business to improve its balance sheet.

Interesting industry and great colleagues but slow moving and changes too slow! Many of the "old guard" hold too much power preventing change and modern progression desperately needed.
