      Pros

      Management is really good, flexible. Casual and comfortable environment. Decent benefits. Employees are friendly and there is not too much office politics. But this is mostly based on your manager

      UManagement in Nashville is narcisstic, dishonest, backstabbing, and connoving. Union tries to help, but company creates false paper yrails to get rid of you. Steer clear.
