Toxic leadership, but the coworkers are great.

- free food Mon-Thurs - health benefits - Game tickets (pre-COVID) - coworkers become good friends

Cons

- toxic leadership, from executive level down to the directors - unobtainable and overwhelming expectations - drama across all of the departments (felt like high school all over again) - HR acts like they care, but they only look out for leadership's best interests - frequent hypocrisy by leadership (even down to implementing COVID precautions, such as masks, but not wearing one themselves while walking through the building)
