Very teamwork oreintated. The department works with you to develop your professional career and you directly see the impact you make within the workflow.

Cons

Recieving communication, or departments vision, from upper management,can be diffucult for the people who are not supervisors or managers

- This is the sharpest group of people I've been fortunate enough to work with in my career. - Opportunities are often provided for people trying to grow their careers. - Management has high expectations for the company. They are always trying to grow. - Advantageous education reimbursement program that the company encourages employees to leverage.

Cons

- Changes are made seemingly at the drop of a hat sometimes, so you have to be flexible. - Volatile demand in our industry often creates large swaths of extra work. Management has put in place some initiatives to ease and/or spread out the burden.

This is a place where I have great people to work along. Challenges that come along everyday make me work harder and give my best. Employee morale is always placed on top priority here. People here truly care. This is the place where hard-work is highly appreciated and great opportunities are provided. APMEX is changing for the better where efficiencies and improvements are constantly being created, in the way the company as a whole should operate.

Cons

At APMEX there is a lot going on always and might be difficult for some to keep up the pace. To get most out of your experience, challenges have to be embraced.
