Some days you might work less than nine hours so relative to a twelve hour day that nine hour shift is good.

Cons

At least once a month there is a mandatory evening meeting. If You're Job and five p.m and the meetings at 7 p.m with two hours and waiting around. Then two hours in the evening meeting. I was salary so no extra pay just more of my time wasted
