Constantly promising bigger and greater things but can't ever deliver Staff is overworked and under appreciated No concern on staff retention. Only interested in covering issues up instead of fixing it Too much of a work/life balance because there are many days I get less or no hours because my client is out and the company wanted to pay me minimum wage to clean and do their dirty work as a way to get my hours

Upper management is trash. They are sneaky, manipulative and do not take no for an answer when you stand up for yourself. Favoritism is so common and unethical practices are overlooked when brought up by staff. Staff and supervisors are so burnt out that services are lacking. Turn over rate is awful for a reason. Owner is unethical and was keeping clients that had not made progress over time and implements practices that are clearly not working regardless of the advice from the supervisors and technicians. I could go on and on. Just avoid!
