great pay, nice families, educational environment

last-minute cancellations, no way to make up missed hours, and management showing a disregard for the comfort or well-being of rbt's.

Pros

Amazing clientele and clinical staff (although at least one BT has quit every week for the past 4 weeks) There are tons of resources and support during session, and if you want to become a BCBA The clinic itself is very well structured to support clients - lots of space and a variety of session rooms they encourage staff to get SBT training (although they plaster it on every client possible for the clout)

Cons

After your first 2-3 months, you'll be counting down the days until your contract ends because: they put much more effort into recruitment than retention you're being underpaid and having your hours cut again, a lot of staff are leaving. it could just be the regular (high) turnover rate, but be prepared to have brand new coworkers weekly

-Knowledgable staff -Good work environment -Support from BCBA’s

Cons

-Claims to have competitive pay, but in reality it’s low for the service area -Only 2 weeks unpaid time off which includes any sick days used (even during Covid-19) -Accured paid time off is also lower than average. -Materials and toys in clinic are not in good working order
