Fairly good when giving short notice for holidays.

Cons

all the company use is word and excel for everything. you are shadowed in just about everything you do. its very quiet in the admin role if you are productive than this is not the position for you. office is nearly all women so very bitey. I dare not even sign for a delivery as eager as paper in case its wrong. in short its worse than school
