Pros

HR is very flexible and they are willing to work wit you when it comes to scheduling.

Cons

The average pay for new hires in San Jose is $10.30 that is if you're a cashier or positions like store associates are paid an average of $11 per hour. Another con is that some of the head cashiers are can be very rude and unprofessional.
