Pros

Endless over time and most of the time you were left to do your job under minimal supervision. I actually enjoyed working at Arauco. Management stayed in their area and we didn’t see much of them which is the way it should be. Micromanaging is absolutely not the way to go about it

Cons

12 hour swing shift is very disorienting. You never know what day is what and weekends and a normal work week are unheard of. It’s very bad for your health as far as the sleeping habits you attain or lack there of.

Pros

Co-workers are fantastic and the company is growing so there is a lot of opportunity for anyone interested in the manufacturing wood industry.

Cons

It's really not sales. A more accurate title would be Customer Service Rep. All you do all day is solve problems and listen to customers who are not getting the wood they ordered when they were told it would arrive. It can be very stressful and there isn't much reward to the position.
