Decent pay. You can work all the overtime you want. 22 hour shifts. Located in a very rural area.

Cons

Terrible working conditions. No AC/ No heat. No cafeteria. No training. Very high turn over. Finishing manager is a slave driver.

Job security. Most the people there are easy going.

Cons

Pay is on the low side, unless you're management. If you're a recent college grad, get a couple years experience and then get a better paying job. There's some opportunity for growth, but not a whole lot.
