Tenure employees must accept the company is trying to move into the digital age. They need to either get on board or simply move on instead making it miserable for everyone else. Senior managers are purposely turning a blind eye and are not addressing these types of employees. The "good ol' boy" culture is detrimental to this company.

Upper Management does not have a clue how to treat their employees who work hard. Yes it's important to show a profit, to satisfy the share-holders, otherwise the company would go out of business, but it is also important to acknowledge the people that make the wheels turn! Raises and promotions (that were promised after starting) are non-existent for most areas, unless you work in a large office that is expanding or are willing to relocate at your own expense. Most of the people I worked with had not received a review or a salary increase in over 2-3 years! If you like working long hours to keep the customer happy, and constant complaints about overtime, ARC is the place to be!
