Flexible environment for a family oriented employee. Most of the core team puts the customer first with a can do attitude.

Cons

SOP?? what standard operating procedure? Ridiculous turn times, poor practices from management ,no accountability No raises for stepping up and doing fifty million things all you hear about is the bottom line.

Love to feel belittled? Are you a woman that would love to work in a company that believes you are "less than" any man? Want to never hit your sales goal? Have you dreamed of working at a company that has a pretend software product and a CEO that is tone deaf? Then you will LOVE working at ARC Document Solutions.

Cons

You will never make quota. You will have micro managers at every turn. You will have a CEO that thinks he is the smartest person in the room. You will work for the most oppressive company that is stuck in the dark ages. And, as the Leadership page of the website will show you - they don't promote women. Ooops...they do have a token female in legal...not sure how they messed that up!

I want this company as far away from me as possible... which is why it stings me to write this review. There are no pros to this company--none, zero!

Cons

Toxic workplace. Everybody just sits, planted to their seats, glued to their screens... nobody moves, nobody socializes, goes to lunch... nothing. Very robotic. Lots of turnover. Company's financials are dismal. My boss was / is a micromanaging, anxiety ridden, siloed, insular, and insecure troll. So this basically boils down to her... but the culture was not what I was used to and the company's not stable. Just better to avoid this place. Keep in mind that the reviews for this company are artificially high because they actively solicit reviews from fresh off the bat new hires that haven't been there long enough to come to a more balanced and complete opinion of the company... desperate, but smart. I'll give them that.
