Pros

Friendly environment. Employee can approach to C level executive which is very good. Technically very rich company. ARC kolkata development center works almost in all the technology and there are good opportunity to learn and explore new ideas and execute and deliver to customer.

Cons

No bonus after outstanding, good deliverables. Appraisal delayed. No on site opportunity US or EU travel.

Pros

Steady employment, don’t have to worry about being laid off. Hours for the most part are 8-5, Monday thru Friday.

Cons

Slow pay increases, promises of increases are very slow in coming. It has taken over two years to inact the pay incentives, if in fact they come through, next pay period. No COLA program. Been over 8 years since I’ve seen an increase, while I’ve seen my portion of my heath increase.

- great people working at company - new modern HQ provides a nice work environment - good work-life balance - generous bonuses - lots of little perks (drinks, snacks, social gatherings -birthdays, bingo, etc.) - company strives to be innovative in the industry

Cons

- not all processes/functions are centralized
