Pros
Friendly employees and you don’t have to work late too often
Cons
Poor benefits and vacation time (10 days) for 5 years. Upper Management only cares about themselves and their own bonus. Everyone else doesn’t get a salary increase or bonus unless company hits target revenue. Total boys club and there are no females in any roles higher than a director level. Lack of processes other than do the way that is cheapest even if it takes you more time.
