Management doesn't manage. My boss and hiss boss are part of the "Good ole boys club" so generally neither of them are in the office and when they are, work is not getting done.
Most people who work here have dedicated years (10-25) of their lives to this place and I feel bad for them because they either don't respect themselves enough to go out and get another job or they don't see how bad they have it here. It's pathetic, really. They haven't given out raises in ten years. Most of the managers are making what they made when they got hired and fro what I hear it's significantly lower than that of my manager who isn't deserving of his salary because he's never at the office and when he's "working from home" work isn't getting done.
The employee morale here is extremely poor just as majoriety of us are, thanks to the low pay and no raise policy.
