      Pros

      Friendly employees and you don’t have to work late too often

      Cons

      Poor benefits and vacation time (10 days) for 5 years. Upper Management only cares about themselves and their own bonus. Everyone else doesn’t get a salary increase or bonus unless company hits target revenue. Total boys club and there are no females in any roles higher than a director level. Lack of processes other than do the way that is cheapest even if it takes you more time.

      Pros

      Benefits were okay and there were some nice people.

      Cons

      They talk about the employees being important, but they don't really take care of their employees when there's a concern involve. I had someone concerns and they just turned them into complaints and blamed me for them.

      Pros

      There is a genuine effort to make it a nice place to work. The company will often buy lunch and say how much you are appreciated. There are some sweet people who work there and want to make a difference.

      Cons

      There's a good bit of employee infighting and company politics you'll have to be aware of. Support from corporate is usually inefficient and disorganized. Poor communication overall.
