      Pros

      Schedule, holidays, ample PTO, good benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. Poor management, poor orientation, toxic environment, majority of staff with no clinical experience. Values are great but don’t expect to see them in action. Patients felt like they were over-promised.

      Great mission and culture at a Start-up

      Pros

      Having been working at the company for almost 2 years, I can attest to the values and mission of ArchWell Health as trying to bridge the gap in Primary Care for the elderly population. Of course, as a young/start-up organization, there will be challenges and pain as the company continues to grow and scale. Grits and staying resilient are definitely important, so if you are used to sticking to structured and well-established SOPs, you may feel overwhelmed when facing changes. I also enjoy working with the majority of my colleagues and teams, I wish the collaboration would be smoother, but at least there are not as many red tapes as with a large organization, yet. I also feel valued and supported by my boss, which also is a great plus.

      Some departments are not as collaborative, frequent changes with growth
