Pros

AWH value base model of healthcare is one that is of vast need in our underserved communities. This is what attracted me to AWH. The systems of how to manage population health is a cut above what I have seen in previous opportunity. The rewarding feeling of being an active participant in changing and adding years to peoples lives is a major plus,

Cons

As a two year company you expect for be some growing pains and missed opportunities along the way. Our response to said missed opportunities either can set you up for great success or continued hick-ups and hang ups. Though growth may be good swelling can be detrimental.
