Pros

The entire company, both the local company and everyone I've interacted with in other locations, seems dedicated to improving and growing. There is no shortage of encouragement.

Cons

I really don't have any 'cons' to list. Sure there are challenges, but everyone here is ready and willing to tackle the toughest issues together.

Pros

Quintessential sales job, the harder you work the more you'll make. If you want to come and sleep at your desk all day you can, sales management is in Duluth,MN (headquarters in Milwaukee,WI), if you want to make real money and work hard, ARI provides an incredible amount of opportunity to achieve your financial goals. Great autonomy, fun industries to compete in. Roy the CEO is a winner.

Cons

Liberal mentality from top down, in life not all is fair, there are winners and losers; for example ARI celebrates participation awards. Doing your job is not something to be celebrated.

Pros

Great people to work with. Relaxed office environment. Flexible work schedule to a degree. Sales team is very good. Not much else.

Cons

Poor executives with no forethought. New executives every few years, lots of turnover. Unqualified people currently in a couple executive roles that are not leaders. Lots of people have not had a decent raise in a long time while execs walk with large bonuses.
