- Profitable company. NASDAQ listed. - Unique products and dominating presence in its key industry verticals - Smart team and management - Close knit culture with colleagues who are supportive and fun to work with.

Cons

- Not known outside its industry & core regions. Need more branding and visibility so talent pool is aware of this unique company. - Primarily US market focused business but management has started taking steps to address international markets.
