Decent place to work.

Pros

On the job training was great, and they even paid for a training course I took outside of the company. There were quite a few employees that I enjoyed working with and felt we worked well as a team.

Cons

I worked at ARI for 2 years, and they did not give annual raises while I was there. There was a bonus program that was contingent on employees meeting goals that they set for themselves. Maybe that is the norm, but I thought a manager should guide you on the goals.

Pros

Great location, engaged employees, and fun environment. ARI is very understanding when you need to take time off. Everyone assumes you are doing the best job possible so there is no need to micro manage things like that. Work-life balance is great. Everyone is very understanding and accommodating. There are many company parties and food is provided frequently.

Cons

No real cons to working here. Sometimes ideas can move along a little slower than you would have liked but that's not always a bad thing. Management listens to issues. Everyone is very open and very fun.

Pros

-Quick hiring process. They know what they're looking for, and if you're a good fit for this company, they will move you through interviews and make you an offer as fast as possible. -Friendly, helpful people and team members . -Great office environment. Reflective of the company's goals and image, clean, and comfortable. -Frequent company events in and out of office for employees. -Excellent understanding of how employee recognition can boost morale. -Competitive compensation. and benefits. -Room to develop professionally. -Management is accessible and you see them often, even the CEO. -Constantly growing and developing new products and new positions to meet customer demands.

Cons

-Lack of training structure, very much learn as you go and information about other aspects of the company outside of your department is given to you on a "need to know" basis. -In some departments, 50+ hour work weeks are expected.
