By far the best job that I have ever had.

Pros

They invest heavily to make sure that you are ready to do your job and have on going training for small things to help do your job better. There is no micro managing, you are allowed to be your owe person and do your job to the best of your ability without being asked ever 5 minutes what is going on.

Cons

Computers could be a little faster, but it's just being very picky with something like this.

Pros

Ample Autonomy, able to do your work without having someone look over your shoulder

Cons

Detached Executive Team; they really do not have a good pulse of our customer base and are too focused on larger accounts that do not make up the majority of the customer base - that bring in all of the calls

Interesting work environment with good peers. Creation of useful products help motivate employees.

Cons

Benefits, compensation bonuses are below par with other tech companies. Team building activities, performance reviews, project retrospectives if done at all, are extremely rare.
