Pros

Great atmosphere and great people. I am newer to the organization and immediately felt I was part of the team! The HR team is probably one of the best I have encountered in my career from their willingness to help, their vast knowledge and their open doors! This company has vision and their foot on the gas to grow and keep getting better! I'm excited to be part of it!

Cons

Wish all the great companies they owned could be in one location, but they make it feel that way with the latest in technological communication.

Pros

- If you're someone that likes to take initiative and accept challenges, there is a huge potential for personal growth and advancement. - Always a new challenge, work never gets boring - Good people - If you have an idea or want to drive a new project, you really have the opportunity to affect change. This is really rewarding.

Cons

- The company (and industry as a whole) is rapidly changing. For those that prefer for work to be really predictable, this can be a challenge. - The rate of change can get really stressful from time to time. Some people don't handle this well. The team culture provides a great deal of support though.
