Pros

flexible work hours, they try to keep employees informed about how the business is doing and where we want to be moving forward

Cons

Raises/reviews are few and far between - not a lot of potential for growth within the company - departments fail to share important information that affects other departments - give more employees the opportunity to occassionally work from home if the weather is bad or they have a sick child or other need

Pros

I work with smart and hard working people. Everyone is working towards the same goal as a team. It is refreshing to work with people and management that care about not only the success of the company as a whole but also the employees.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons. If I had to come up with something it would be that we are soon to be moving into a new location and the wait is killing me.
