Exceptional company to work for...great people, great opportunity to learn and grow

Pros

As a long-term employee, I have had the opportunity to work with exceptional co-workers and managers. I've also had the opportunity to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities that have allowed me to grow with the company and, I would like to think, contribute to the company's success. In my opinion, when you work for ARI, the sky is limit for the opportunity to grow.

Cons

As a lean, mean company, there are times when it feels like we could use a few more hands on deck.

Flexible hours, room for advancement, growing company, diversity in work, decent benefit package, and nice view from windows.

Cons

Not the highest paying, sometimes overworked (long hours to get tasks completed on schedule), and sloppy internal documentation.
