Great wage, benefits, 401K, Stock, and Salary. Great staff, all around. Takes care of New, and Current customers. This helps me promote ARI better. Fast at tasks on all levels. Great a training.

ARI lacks Branding, and Marketing.

Pros

ARI really does care about their employees and treats them well. The culture here is very laid back and allows employees to grow both personally and professionaly.

Cons

Lack of training stucture is frustrating. The recent merger of ARI/50 Below is good from a corporate standpoint, but the 2 offices are still trying to figure out where responsibilities lie and overall chain of command.
