Clean work environment. They tried to schedule some fun activities and improve employee moral.

Cons

While I was there, there was not clear communication of the company's goals to employees. Upper level management didn't agree on certain issues, which led to inconsistent messages. I have heard things have gotten better in the last year.

Benefits are OK, nice building

Cons

Where to start? No raise of any sort in 5+ years even after promises made. Management tells grunts to save money while they spend big money on big TVs, ping pong table while the rest of us have very old computers and poor equipment. Departments do not talk to one another, everyone for his or her self. Lots of stuck up people, especially in finance.
