Pros

ARI is a great company to work for and has good pay & benefits! The management staff has the employees in mind with the initiatives they launch. The CEO is always looking into the future to build this company to continually grow and increase market share in the industries they serve. I would highly recommend ARI if you are looking for a long term career as they will have your back!

Cons

The only thing I can say is ARI needs to uncover issues faster and make adjustments immediately to solve areas of concern.

Pros

Office environment is very laid back. No time sheets or dress code. Full medical, dental and vision benefits for all employees.

Cons

This review is strictly for the Cookeville, TN location. First of all, if you enjoy making practically minimum wage you will love this job! Most Marketing Consultants start out at 22k ($10 an hour before taxes). Upper management is husband and wife and their Mom is Human Relations, this place is riddled with office politics and the only people who make it are the ones willing to put aside all pride and kiss butt to managers or work your butt off for little to no recognition. While compensation increases are promised at every corner, they do not pay out and come up with any excuse to deny it. The business is slimy and clearly care little for their employees.

CEO is very involved with staff. Great benefits, Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Growing rapidly, but still has a small office, family feel.

Cons

They need to develop career paths and a better structure for employee reviews.
