Pros

Working with SOCOM is great and the mission was important

Cons

Since being acquired by GD the company doesn't give a crap about people. Benefits somehow became worse and lots of promises get made (performance bonuses, etc) and come up empty or so off-target it's a joke.

I get paid enough to pay my bills, not much else

Cons

Hard work for NO pay, non-negotiable pay management has no clue what the workers actually do Hires workers who are not qualified Awful hours with no extra compensation for night/weekends/holidays No room for promotion

Terrible Hours. Horrible Pay (Lowest Paid Contract at SOCOM). Incompetent Management/Task Lead.
