Best about hiring/promoting from within Management listens and acts on concerns I actually receive bonuses from this company

Cons

Some non-technical managers micromanage tier 2/3 engineers/admins Acquisition by GDIT has added bureaucracy to all levels of employee welfare, training, benefits, etc.

I've had the opportunity to meet a few good coworkers and work in a very nice part of the city.

Cons

Incredibly incompetent customer, very poor senior management! This place is a breathing lawsuit waiting to happen for various reasons, the moral Was at an all time low, poor compensation for your actual contributions, and management who does not back their employees and leaves them out to dry.
