Wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics IT. (yes, it is also a CON)
This is an organization borne from and run by prior Senior NCO and Officers of the Military and it shows poorly. Corporate level support is non-existent. Cost of benefits recently skyrocketed while available time off and holidays has gone down. It's a Fisher Price - My First Contracting organization. The work place is a walking talking HR nightmare.
Everything you need to know about mentality of this "company" is summed up by the following statements from Upper Management (C-Level) during All-Hands meetings:
1. We pay more than other contracts so we pay you to work a lot. You are expected to work as long as it takes to get the job done.
-They don't pay you to be intelligent, good at your job or to exceed expectations, simply to work a lot. And they don't, in-fact, pay more than other contracts.
2. We pay for a lot of training classes for a lot of employees. If you don't get the training you want or ask for it's your fault for not
-So it's YOUR problem that you request training but then are denied or ignored by management. Just so we're clear on that.
I see nothing of a normal job environment where goals are set, guidelines are maintained and primary responsibilities are outlined. It appears to be an environment of "lets throw all these cats in a room and see what happens."
