Close relationship with various employees of all levels of management and leadership due to size of the company. Friendly work environment Benefits and remote work access since covid

Cons

Lower pay than equivalent positions in the field Promotions are more about what the company needs than the abilities of employees. Employees reach a certain level and feel they need to move on after gaining knowledg/experience in the industry.

-The company culture is pretty laid back -They are very flexible and understanding of employee obligations outside of work and do their best to accommodate -Remote/hybrid work model -Opportunity for growth/development -Bonuses are always paid out

Cons

-The biggest con is the pay. Annual increases are only ever 2% (except last year when everyone got 5% but who knows what will happen this year) -There's a push from management to get people to utilize the office space, even though we are all capable of doing our job from home.
