Pros
Entry level insight into the industry of supply chain to use for the next opportunity outside of this company as you should not want to stay here. At least at the moment I don’t have to worry about squeezing in my streaming services shows after work hours.
Cons
Where do I begin… let’s start with favoritism whenever a promotion comes up if you have a half a brain you can figure out who applied and who will get it so it makes interviewing a waste of time. Also you have people in roles that just do not provide the same level of service that needs to happen. What this does for you is that you just end up doing their job as well for nothing greater than the pay of your current role while they collect a check for doing nothing. This does not pertain to one department as every department in this small to medium size company is at fault for both of these cons.
