Everyone is very helpful Employees enjoy what they do, and have a great attitude

Takes time to get more involved with bigger projects Start you off small and have you work your way up by fitting bus doors into buses

The company is growing, yes, that comes with pains, but also oppertunity!

Cons

Planning of demand to capacity restraints doesn't trickle down to the doers until its already an issue and causing order delays.
