7ySorry that hear that you had such a poor experience working at AROW. Over the last few years we’ve had a new management team come into place who have focused on improving the working environment at AROW. As part of their commitment to employees the new leadership team is constantly touching base with employees to get their feedback on what’s working and where things can still be improved. This had led to the purchasing of new equipment, increased training efforts, and a new skills based compensation program that financially rewards employees for the skills they learn. We are happy to say that these efforts have made a significant impact at AROW, and our turnover is at records lows.
