Pros

I have not noted down any

Cons

Attendance policy complicates the work life balance. Very bad policies - 6 hours minimum and mandatory in office, even 1 minute less, it leads to Half day Leave or LOP. Mandatory Office hours 11:30 am - 5:30 pm, leaving employees with no choice of leaving home early even if they are comig from far places. Very low tech depth among the higher management people coming from Tech back grounds. Favouritism across the organisation. No growth opportunities, slower promotions, minimum hikes. Appraisals judged and given by HRs and there also politics come into action.

Pros

Some colleagues were good apart from that nothing absolutely nothing.

Cons

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Right from the start, there is a clear mismatch between what is promised and what actually happens. The conditions mentioned during hiring and in the appointment letter can be very different from what you experience after joining. The Talent Acquisition team misleads candidates about basic things like the laptop and setup you will receive. Similarly, HRBP communication lacks transparency — you are often given incorrect or vague information, and even basic facilities like proper seating are not ensured. For the first few months, there is almost no meaningful work assigned. Managers don’t take responsibility for onboarding properly — you won’t get structured knowledge transfers, and no one really checks whether you’re ramping up or not. The most frustrating part comes after the probation period. Instead of evaluating fairly, the manager may extend your probation citing that they couldn’t assess your performance — even though the lack of work and guidance is entirely on their side. The kind of work you end up doing is outdated and monotonous, mostly revolving around basic pixel-perfect CSS tasks with little to no scope for learning or growth. If you’re someone looking for career growth, meaningful projects, or a healthy work environment, I would strongly advise staying away from this company.
