      Good pay, hands on work, lots of bonuses based on performance

      Cons

      new ownership through ARS is a major downside, we miss bob

      Pros

      You get commission off of each job, but that is how you are paid. There is only hourly rate in warranty jobs

      Cons

      There are lots of slow times which means really bad pay checks. You also do not get paid drive time
