Pros

Company car. Receive benefits day 1. Life insurance provided by the company. Amazing training for the sales reps.

Cons

For sales - work 6 days a week including both Saturday and Sunday. Day off is a random weekday. 12-14 hours a day. Cant control your leads. Too Strict with their company rules such a driving and cant use a phone even if its through bluetooth. No Culture at this company at all.
