Pros

Uncapped commission, company vehicle and gas provided, people you work with at the branch level are great

Cons

Extreme micromanagement, constant price increases, 12-14 hour days are the norm even when not busy, always on call, management can’t do anything to help or make decisions because they are all made at the corporate level, everything you do is recorded

WORST PLACE EVER TO WORK

Pros

They offer overtime during the busy season as well as incentive bonuses.

Cons

Take advantage of employees. The worst management I've experienced in my 40 years in the workforce. Favoritism, retaliation, and passive-aggressive behavior, as well as creating a hostile work environment, are largely the doing of the new management at the Irvine location, who gossip and display inappropriate behavior. Please do yourself a favor, avoid this place all together
