None. This is a horrible company to work for.

Cons

This company’s motto should be shoot first ask questions later. Very poor upper management. Horrible company culture. This is a great place to feel like just a number. No appreciation for employees.

Does a lot of internal promoting Continues to try to expand benefits available to employees every year Pays well

Cons

Lacking on follow through with rollouts of different internal programs or software. Although it's a corporate entity there is too much variation across branches. There are some general managers that are really great and involved and others that just seem to coast. I've noticed that in several of the higher management positions as well.
