Pros

Work truck. That is it.

Cons

This was one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. ARS Charleston branch. During my first interview, I was told I would work "some nights and some weekends"...however I was assigned Sunday shifts and that never changed. I would go upwards of 2 weeks without a single lead while other reps were getting leads daily. When I did get calls, they would be at 7-8 pm at night and over an hour and a half from where I live. The culture here is nonexistent. They put the business before ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. They don't care about employee well-being. Additionally - this role as comfort advisor is essentially a project manager role. Which meant WAY MORE WORK than any other typical HVAC Comfort Advisor role and no additional pay. Do yourself a favor and do not work here. The stress level this company brings is not worth it.
