      Bad work ethics, bad compensation, bad management practices

      - They always offer a job (little to no rejection)

      Cons

      - Most of business is driven by only one OEM client, and thus pay hike is little to none, high business risk, thus little job security - Pay-cuts "on the fly" are common within the company - Bad work ethics when it comes to employees (especially non-citizens and their visa sponsorship) - Management looks at employees as a cheap labor going from "affordable" to "cheapest"

      Pros

      I do not know a single reason to continue working here You work at customer site, and no there is no oversight at all from the organization, so basically, you are on your own.

      Cons

      No salary to match your skillset No career growth I was told once to find a better job, if you think you are worth more - horrible way to manage

      Pros

      It was an agency company, so it was easy to cut ties. The pay was a little better than other agencies serving Peoria, IL.

      Cons

      I heard rumors of verbal and emotional abuse of employees. People were told they did not deserve their salaries, and some even had their paycheck stopped. Management at ARI was strange because they had no ties to the actual work I was doing, and they would still impose their advice on how to do the job better. There didnt seem to be much opportunity for growth within the company. Mandatory company meetings were unpaid.
