Thank you so much for providing feedback about your experience with our company. Each review is critical for ARi because your feedback helps us improve our internal processes. Wrt compensation & benefits ARi is competitive with salaries, paid time off, paid sick leave, paid holidays, other key benefits, etc., and is certainly comparable (if not higher) than companies based on our size and location. Please note, all eligible employees receive a performance review every fiscal year. We do our best to provide employee safety, diversity and inclusion, healthy work-life balance, employee engagement, and compensation and advancement opportunities. If you have additional concerns, please feel free to contact the HR Department: at humanresources@arigs.com.

Pros

Working at client site mostly keeps you away from the politics and terrible culture. The main customer's leaders have noticed and their opinion of ARi has dropped significantly in the past few years.

Cons

The owners mostly select relatives to be in executive and Sr. leadership positions. If you are one of them, you can do anything and be ok. You can treat employees like dirt, yell, be rude, etc. If they decide they want you gone, they create an hostile environment so that you will leave so that you are not eligible for unemployment benefits. Your manager will talk bad about you to your peers and your employees. Then others will ignore you and blame you for their own mistakes. The owners always side with their relatives or friends. They talk about change, about improving the work culture, but it is just talk. The owners care about one thing, money in their pockets. They are implying that if you want a positive rating, you must post a positive review.
