      Good company to start your career or gain experience if you are a design engineer, good opportunities depending on your area of expertise

      Cons

      Engineering contract company extremely (and dangerously) close to CAT in the Peoria Area, they need more leaders to direct all the real talent they have

      Pros

      Works with multiple clients and is striving hard to expand more. Engine testing and validation has been a huge bonus for the company. Not many and literally no competition in the highly desired area. Has been working towards adding talented resources to drive the business in the right direction.

      Cons

      CAT is still the primary client and the business is dependent on CAT performance. Needs good engineering managers to lead the group of young engineers.
